"There is a lot of updates that need to happen. We stay for convenience purposes, however Pool is down a lot for an indoor pool it feels ice cold tried 4x in 6 stays all same.... Rooms need updating. Seems they have tried but could do better.. Last time we were there water was flowing the the ceiling in many places to include dining and entrances. The breakfast is so gross so not worth the money."

"I reserved a king and was told my room had damaged. So I was downgraded to 2 queen beds (same cost). The front desk staff was pleasant and didn't charge me an early check in fee of $25. The hotel was clean but the bed was hard as the floor."

"We had a great experience—the staff was friendly, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights for me was the daily continental breakfast, which isn’t an amenity you find at many motels. We would not mind booking another stay if ever in Springfield Missouri in the future."

"The breakfast was not that great at all. The muffins were not warmed up one morning. The eggs were not cooked on Sunday morning. The coffee was good. Our room never got cleaned for two days. We had to call for them to empty out garbage and bring us clean towels. They never cleaned and resupied the coffee maker in our room."
