The front desk staff and everyone who works there went above and beyond for us. The rooms was clean, had everything we needed plus the borrow locked downstairs was a huge help! Love the location and definitely will be coming again, mainly for the hospitality and the home like feeling

Candlewood Suites is in a convenient location, with a variety of restaurants you can walk to. There was grass for my dog and areas to walk him. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay there again!

A Nice Place to Stay

My wife and I were very pleased with our stay at the Candlewood Suites. The bed, though a bit firm for our tastes, was more comfortable than in most hotels/motels these days. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Note, there was no complimentary breakfast, but there are several fine restaurants and/or eateries nearby. I imagine we will stay there again our next trip to the Springfield area.

The beds and pillows are super comfy. A/C worked great. Shower was good. Check in was easy. Location was good for us and easy to get to and from. Staff very friendly. Stayed one night but will stay again if the occasion arises.

I had stayed here previously and was absolutely thrilled with the cleanliness of the room. This time however, my bathroom was not as clean, and the linens on the bed smelled used. I will stay here again for the convenience and the front desk staff is fabulous!

The staff was so friendly and helpful. My two sisters and I were all staying there. One of my sisters was in room 124 and I was in room 120. Our other sister was on the third floor. We asked if she could move to a room on the first floor near us. The desk person happily moved her to room right across the hall from us. It was just so nice. The rooms were spotless, roomy, and very comfortable. We all enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there the next time we’re in Springfield.
