Without Denis, I would not have been able to move my son into college - he went WAY above and beyond to help out a struggling mom. In 3 short days I felt he'd become a friend, with huge smiles at greeting us and great advice always. Pasquale recognized the wifi trouble in my room, and that I needed to keep working in the (lovely) lobby, and offered to adjust my bill, which was very thoughtful."

"Very modern! Took a sec to figure out that the lobby level elevator will take you right to your floor when your key is tapped at the kiosk. No floor keys inside in car. Very cool"
