"My friend and I are both disabled. We couldn't carry our luggage upstairs or downstairs. The desk clerk and a very nice customer carried our bAGGAGE upstairs for us. This morning the desk clerk and the cleaning staff helped us get the luggage back in the car. None of the hotel employees nor the customer would take any pay. We really appreciated their help. We enjoyed our stay. You really need an elevator."

"Excellent as usual, but some glitches. First room had noisy HVAC that prevented sleep. Desk associate quickly assigned me a new room. But new room lacked refrigerator; desk associate told me at checkout that will change once property’s ongoing refurbishment is completed. "
