"I was only there for about 5-6 hours but was great for what I paid. My only complaint was that the luggage storage is under the bed and can be fairly loud if you are arriving super late and/or leaving super early like I was. I have stayed at others that had luggage storage separated a bit so not to disturb others. Oh and if you order a cold drink from the cafe next door it is worth getting light or no ice. I finished my drink before I had finished walking down the driveway"

Mr. Gonzalo Patino ( Front Office Mgr) who was very kind and empathetic patiently listened to my grievances and within a few minutes, solved the problem. I have to mention by name some of the wonderful staff like Sabrina & Alexandra who made my checking in and checking out a breeze. To Malik, Dewayne who carefully handled my luggage (even though I changed my room) and Felipe you always had a smile at the door and greeted me going in and coming out to Dolly and Natalia, who served me at the dining area (delicious breakfast)with such grace and poise thank you all for being AMAZING."
