"We had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn Express Springfield. From the moment we arrived, the staff stood out as incredibly welcoming, polite, and genuinely helpful—they really made us feel at home. A sweet little touch that the kids loved was receiving M&M’s, which made the experience even more memorable for them. The rooms were excellent—super clean, modern, and clearly recently remodeled. Everything felt fresh and well maintained, which made for a very comfortable stay. The location is another big plus. It’s right next to a mall and surrounded by plenty of coffee shops, grocery stores, and easy highway access, making everything very convenient whether you’re traveling for business or with family. Overall, a great experience all around—comfortable rooms, outstanding service, and an unbeatable location. Would definitely stay here again."

"There was NO internet service. I was there 3 nights. I asked and was told it was only out 'once in a blue moon'. Every night must have been a blue moon. The 'manager' simply lied. Others at the hotel told me it was a common problem. I will never go back or recommend this place."

"I did not partake in Breakfast. Parking was convenient. My issue was my reservation. I reserved a King Suite & upon arrival was informed there were none available & I would be given a double bed, which was NOT what I wanted "

"The room was comfortable and spacious. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was typical for most hotels. The air conditioning did not seem to work, which might have been an issue if the weather was a few degrees warmer."
