"The people were friendly and the room was clean. The only downsides were some of the wall plugs didn’t work and when trying to connect to my Netflix, it wouldn’t load on their tv at all. Oh and the side door would choose when not to work. But otherwise everything else was pleasant and we slept great."

"We reserved two rooms and asked for adjoining rooms. One room had an adjoining room door but we were not given the adjoining room. We were traveling with a baby and a 3 year old (and this was noted in the reservation and we had to pay extra for the children) and they put us on the third floor so had to carry everything up the stairs. The hotel does not have an elevator. The bathtub does not have a drain plug so could not bathe the children. The breakfast was sparse and was not refilled and at 7:45 no hot food was left even though breakfast was until 9:00. Very few tables in the small breakfast area in lower level. Had to ask for soap as the room had one single-use bar. Had to ask for toilet paper. The blanket on the bed had holes in it."

10/10 Excellent

"The room was comfortable and spacious. The bed was very firm, but we still slept well. Breakfast each of the two mornings we stayed was very well maintained, and had a nice variety. I was very impressed by how attentive the breakfast staff was since the first morning was absolutely packed and had a continuous line. My kids enjoyed the pool, and the hot tub was also nice. We would definitely stay again!"

"Overall we had a very nice stay. Staff was very friendly. The only thing that was very noticeable was there were a lot of maintenance that needed to happen. Our room's closet door was gone, in the shower there was a couple fixtures that needed to be fixed and other things throughout the hotel."
