Extremely helpful and addressed everyone with a smile. The second night. The woman desk clerk was rude.. never asked if I needed anything… my keys had to be reprogrammed and she made me feel like I was bothering her. Not to mention she parked in the handicap parking space closest to the door. No handicap sticker or plate. And it was a rainy night. The bed was clean but worn. Shower was clean but disorganized?"
