"The fridge in my room didnt work, had to get maintenance to replace it (special diet kidney disease) the building had a weird moldy smell mixed with bleach like they are constantly trying to clean and cover up the mold. They had homeless people with shopping carts sleeping on the concrete 40 feet from the entrance"

"Front desk agent did not really speak to us. All she said was name and do you need a shuttle? We found the elevator ourselves. The hotel had a strong smell of an air freshener throughout the entire building and our room. There is no fridge but there is a spot for one. Went to get ice all machines are turned off. Clerk sent me to a kitchen area to get ice. This wasn’t worth the price. Spend the extra money and get a better place."

"Not much for breakfast, coffee was bad, they had yogurt and waffle maker but not much choices besides cereal. Trashy place, stains on beds, on elevators wall. Smelled weed outside, inside. There was lots of loud people and a woman roaming the halls baked out of her mind. TV had a line going through it, not up to date for modern devices in rooms."

"As a solo traveler in NOLA it was an affordable option for me. The room was overall clean but the mattress was really uncomfortable. The location is near the main city attractions but in an industrial area so having a vehicle is suggested. The bar/restaurant is quite convenient as well."
