Rooms are spotless. Climate contol works perfectly unlike most hotels nowadays. Great restaurants. Lobby is an amazing quiet place to take a break and well appointed. Casino is clean and smoke free. Great place overall

To pay that rate to be on the concierge level and have to pay for a glass of wine was outrageous. Poor front desk service with bag assistance was very evident.
