Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This is a basement apartment with 2 bedrooms. The house is on a quiet street situated at the base of a mountain filled with ATV and hiking trails close to I-15. The apartment is very bright with a lot of natural light. There is a fully functioning kitchen. In addition to the 2 bedrooms there is also a sleeper sofa with a queen bed. There is also a baby crib available. 12 minutes to BYU and frontrunner. 45 minutes to SLC.

Good location

We stayed here for a wedding in Spanish Fork. The location and space was great for our family of 5 plus both sets of grandparents. The basement bathroom has two sinks. The kitchen, dining room and front room were great for gathering and conversing with siblings and their families who were also in town for the wedding. The basement has a very large comfy couch, a loveseat, a TV, a table and a desk. The only thing that was a problem is that half of our group complained of hard beds, the other half had no problem with them (a mix of queens and twins in both groups). I let the owner know, so maybe that will change. T-Bone restaurant nearby was great.
