"Even if you requested a specific room, don't set your heart on it. They'll give it away if they get busy. The room I reserved online was a west facing "water view". But by the time I checked in there were two tour busses full of people there. I still ended up on the same floor, but on the other side of the hotel facing the student housing. If I sat at the table I could see the mountains. But I had to close the blackout curtain to cut out the bright light from the parking lot and housing. The rest of the stay was fine. The breakfast was just like at any other hotel. The coffee wasn't the best."
