Plenty of space with 3 bedrooms including a master king bed, bunk beds with full bed on bottom and twin on top, and queen bed in separate living space along with 2 bathrooms featuring showers and a laundry room. This property is perfect for fisherman, families or groups of friends. Enjoy the nice living room with a comfy sofa bed for additional sleeping space. Indoor and outdoor parking for boats, RV, toys, and vehicles. Close to Paris Landing and Buchanan Resort and walking distance to Sunset Bay Marina where you can launch your boat. Enjoy fishing from your boat or the dock on beautiful KY lake, canoe, kayak, go to Eiffel Tower kids park, splash pad, swimming pool, tennis and pickleball or go shopping in historic downtown Paris, TN on the square and home to the Worlds Largest Fish Fry! Plenty of parking for your vehicles, boat, jet ski, golf cart or ATV. Ideal for tournament fisherman. Beautiful public golf course nearby. If you like to relax we have an amazing deck where you can enjoy a great book, or your favorite beverage sitting outside on the wrap around deck with two fire pits on the property. Cook your meals in the kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee bar or new outdoor grill, or go out and explore some of the great restaurants in the area. We are happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our lake house.

Great stay close to the lake and all amenities

When enjoyed our stay and spending time with friends and family on the lake. This property is close to several stores, the lake, and the city of Paris.

Four very good friends all 55 to 73 ladies and we had a lovely time and found the cabin/ house user friendly and easy to enter we found the fire pits easy to use. We were delighted to have one private area of an apartment and had one of the ladies who really enjoyed a little peace and quiet of her own. The beds and bedding were lovely the towels were luxurious and we had a lovely time I would recommend this place to anyone! Wonderful parking and very quiet neighborhood with very friendly people! Thank you for hosting us
