Your cozy and unique getaway awaits in Springville at this wonderful lake house. Plenty of space with 3 bedrooms including a master king bed, bunk beds with full bed on bottom and twin on top, and queen bed in separate living space along with 2 bathrooms featuring showers and a laundry room. This property is perfect for fisherman, families or groups of friends. Enjoy the spacious living room with a comfy queen sofa bed for additional sleeping space. Indoor and outdoor parking for boats, RV, toys, and vehicles. Close to Paris Landing state park and marina, Buchanan Resort,and walking distance to Sunset Bay Marina where you can launch your boat. Enjoy fishing from your boat or the dock on beautiful KY lake, canoe, kayak, go to Eiffel Tower kids park, splash pad, public swimming pool, tennis and pickleball or go shopping in historic downtown Paris, TN on the square. Paris is home to the Worlds Largest Fish Fry! Plenty of parking for your vehicles, boat, jet ski, golf cart or ATV. Ideal for tournament fisherman. Beautiful public golf course nearby. If you like to relax we have an amazing deck where you can enjoy a great book, or your favorite beverage sitting outside on the wrap around deck with two fire pits on the property. Cook your meals in the kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee bar or on the new outdoor grill. If cooking is not your thing, go out and explore some of the great restaurants in the area. We are happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our amazing and unique lake house.
