Welcome to Hoot Owl Hollow Cottage 1! Enjoy this brand new (built in February 2024), 1 bed, 1 bath cottage located in Springville just a few miles from one of the finest fishing and recreational lakes in the country, Kentucky Lake. Planning a fishing or boating trip? Enjoy the covered boat parking with electric hookups all 2.7 miles from the boat ramp and within 5 miles from several other options! Looking for a hideaway surrounded by nature? This property is situated on over 70 acres of select cut woodlands with plenty of nature to be found! Looking to be tucked away from the big city but yet wanting some fine cuisine and entertainment? All within 5 miles you will find some of the best restaurants and entertainment Henry County has to offer!

This cottage is equipped with a full kitchen including fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher and coffee pot. The living room is equipped with a couch, recliner and Smart TV with all the favorite apps. Wind down from the long day with a cozy queen sized bed! The couch pulls out into a queen sized bed for additional occupancy. Dirty laundry? Don’t stress, the cottage is equipped with a washer and dryer. Looking to enjoy the serenity of outdoor living? Enjoy the private deck overlooking the private fire pit and grill!

Perfect for our small family

We loved our stay at Hoot Owl Hollow. This was our 2nd time booking and we will be back again. The house was very clean and well stocked for basic needs.

Cottage has most of what you need and good location. There are no hangers, nightlights or a luggage rack, which most VRBO places have. The light on the pole shines right into the bedroom and could prevent you from sleeping, as it did for us. Curtain or blind should be added. The shower was not cleaned which is my biggest dislike, due to the large cleaning fee, no one made sure it was done. We were in cottage 1 and enjoyed sitting on the porch as the weather was great while we were there. We did go to the Eiffel Tower park in Paris and it is just okay. If you enjoy being on the water, this is a good place to stay.

Great little place and handy

It’s handy for Kentucky Lake acces at Paris Landing which I’m sure is the intent. Both cabins were rented to anglers, and we knew the others. The boat storage is the deal. Having them covered is good. We had Cabin 1 and the only issue we have is the large window on the door. There is a light that shines into the bedroom and that door needs a full cover blind for privacy. We were there for an event, and really enjoyed the stay there. It early till late, so no time on site for fun. Just get ready to go again after a long day.
