"We had such a great time during our stay at this property! Our group consisted of three families coming together with kids of multiple ages. Everyone slept comfortably and there were plenty of beds for all! The kids enjoyed running around the grounds. They loved looking at the horses in the morning, playing on the zip line and taking dips in the hot tub in the evenings! This place is perfectly located within the town of Kernville. Thank you again for all of the fun!"

"The room was clean but the parking was no space the house is located on top of a steep narrow driveway. There was a space in front of the garage for 2 cars in which were occupied already and we had such a challenge to maneuver inthe narrow driveway and try to park somewhere. The owner was responsive on providing some items in which was needed; however there were no dressers or closets and was mainly we were living based to our suitcases.
