Newly remodeled Studio Cottage, perfect for two!

Cozy but spacious newly remodeled studio cottage with all the amenities of home. A great place to relax after spending a day at Sequoia Park. Located near the only grocery store in town with several eateries nearby. Has a full kitchen with everything you will need to make your own meals. Relax in the morning on the front porch with a cup of coffee or in the evening with a glass of wine. Only a 12 minute drive to the entrance gate of the beautiful Sequoia Park.

Every season is the perfect time of the year for visiting Sequoia National Park & Three Rivers!! Spring brings cool weather and is a great time to hike or take a drive to see the beautiful trees. Summer is perfect for taking a swim in the river while enjoying some beautiful hikes among the trees. Be sure to take a picnic lunch and eat amongst the big trees or take a hike down to the river. Fall brings out the colors and cool temperatures while winter is breathtaking with snow on the big trees.

Normally you will see a lot of wildlife in the town of Three Rivers during this time of the year. Deer, turkeys and you may even see a bear to two! We offer an all new remodeled cottage in a park like setting. Located within walking distance of the town center, restaurants & grocery store. This studio comes with a fully stocked kitchen, so if you like to do your own cooking you have everything you need. Outside seating to enjoy coffee in the mornings and wine in the evenings.

We stayed two nights and it was excellent. The location is great just a short drive to Sequoia national Park. The cottage was very neat and clean. It had everything you needed. Debra and Kori were outstanding host. I highly recommend this to anyone visiting Three Rivers

This property was exactly what we were looking for when planning trip to Sequoia and Kings Canyon. It was very clean, and was just like the pictures showed. Hosts were quick to respond to our texts. Overall a great experience!

Wonderful Stay!

My daughter and I had a wonderful 2 night stay! It was clean, modern and well-appointed. Kori and Debra were excellent hosts and were super quick to respond to any questions I had. I highly recommend staying here, especially if you’re going to Sequoia National Park!

Perfect spot for day hikers

A nice stocked kitchenette and a cozy bed. An easy trip to the national parks and right next to plenty of food options. My only request is for a cutting board haha

Amazing cottage!

Cottage was in excellent shape and super clean. There is plenty of parking and ease of access from the road. Perfect quite little area super close to the national park. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Cozy Cottage

My husband and I stayed at this sweet cottage for our honeymoon to Sequoia National Park and it was wonderful! Three Rivers is a lovely town with great proximity to the park. This cottage is the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring!

Quiet and convenient!! The cottage was Just what we expected and needed for our visit to Kings Canyon and Sequoia NPs. The kitchen was well equipped for the night we cooked in. The Three Rivers brewery with its food trucks was also a standout aside. The Kolsch hit the spot in the hot weather!
