"I am genuinely disappointed with my experience at this hostel. I booked and paid for a family room three days in advance, but when my family and I arrived, we were informed that there was no room available. We waited for 3 hours, and the staff did not provide any assistance; they simply stated that there was no room and walked away from the reception. This was incredibly frustrating, and we ultimately had to find another hotel over 40 minutes away, which completely disrupted our travel plans....

"Experience life in traditional Thai wood house with beautiful gardens. Owners were visiting & welcoming. Very clean inside & out. Has a washing machine."

"Great accommodating staff. Everything is very close. It is always easy to get a taxi/grab/tuk tuk. There is a ton of food options. The Sunday night walking street market is right down the street. All of this with a safe comfortable environment. I highly recommend "

"Free water and share refrigerator were good. Shower room was big.
No toilet paper. They didn’t clean the restroom during my stay, about 4nights. Wifi was so weak. In share space, there were a lot of ants."

"If you want somewhere basic and well located in Chiangmai old town, this is the place for you. Staff were so friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a lovely area walking distance from lovely shops and places to eat and book other excursions. My only complaint would be that the room was quite basic, there was a lot of noise from other AC generators (despite the one in our room being turned off whilst we tried to sleep) and the shower was not hot. But for the price you can’t complain! I would...

"This was a very lovely hotel for our family of four, our son has an egg allergy, and they were so good about it. Very luxurious for the location and the price! "
"I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed. Rooms were nice and location was great. Would stay here again for sure."
"Wonderful experience! Location was perfect. Bonus was the Sunday market right outside the door. Staff were so accommodating and kind. Highly recommended "
"This place worked great for everything we wanted to do in Chang Mai and it was affordable, with pool and just a block or so from local Sunday night market. With a scooter it was easy to get out into the country and back and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. We planned to stay for 2 nights and ended up staying for 5 because it worked so well."
