The Space:

From the kitchen, you can get direct access to the garden where you’ll find the cabin adjacent.



Two additional beds are found in the scandi-inspired cabin, finished with stunning Crittall doors and stylish interiors. In contrast to the cottage, the modern space has an open-plan feel. Find a king-size bed, bunk beds and an ensuite bathroom that accommodates four. Plus, there’s a kitchenette for added convenience.



The whole property is set up to enjoy indoor-outdoor living, with a beautiful garden that boasts peace and tranquillity. And best yet, you’re located in one of St Agnes’ most enviable locations. A stroll down the hill takes you to the soft shores of Trevaunance Cove, whilst the other way leads to pubs, restaurants, bakeries and shops.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the whole cottage and separate cabin.



The Neighborhood:

St Agnes is one of Cornwall’s most-loved regions, not only because of its bustling community feel but also its pretty streets, renowned surfing and stylish shops. Beach lovers will find bliss on the golden sands of Trevaunance Cove, a picturesque spot for sunbathing or swimming. Surfers flock to this area for its excellent waves, making it a popular spot for water sports enthusiasts.



The village is also part of the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and Cornwall’s Mining World Heritage Area, meaning that you’ll find history and scenery in abundance. Reminders of the village’s mining past can be seen in the former engine houses, which can be found nestled along the coastline. Head there for sundowners and you may even spot dolphins and seals out at sea.

Getting Around:

Due to the remote nature of Cornwall, a vehicle is recommended for getting the most out of your stay here. Free parking is available on the surrounding streets plus there are a few paid car parks - the nearest being at the library.



Other Things to Note:

Please note, this is a very unique set up which really leans into the quirky nature of the period properties in the area. As such, it may not be suitable for those with mobility limitations as stairs need to be climbed to access the majority of the property.



Dogs are welcome with an additional fee of £20/dog (max 2). It is on the condition they are kept off sofas, beds and not left in the property unattended.



However this hugely versatile accommodation would suit lots of guests.



Due to the multi/separate accommodation on one site, this property would be ideal for:



- Two couples in separate accommodation on one property

- A family of four/five with older teenagers to allow the teenagers freedom away from the parents in the garden cabin

- A family with a baby or toddler in the cottage and grandparents in the garden cabin for that essential help on holiday

- Two smaller families with younger children (cabin offers a kingsize bed and sofa bed for a couple and two small children and cottage offers a kingsize plus cot bed and z bed for one small child and a baby)

- A group of friends (up to 4)
