New to the market, is the Townhouse. Situated in the perfect location, with free private parking for 2-3 cars, and only a 5 minute walk to the old course. The property is recently completed, and situated in the centre of St Andrews. This unique property blends in perfectly with its surroundings, whilst providing modern luxury internally. The property boasts a large south facing garden, 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 with en-suite facilities, a further family bathroom and a separate shower room. A Games room with pool table, games machine and wall mounted television, an open plan lounge / kitchen with comfortable sofas, flat screen television and full sky and Apple TV package, and a large German designer kitchen. The kitchen is fully fitted with Siemens appliances, including an induction hob, microwave, oven, fridge freezer, washer dryer, dishwasher and dining table for 8 guests. A welcome pack of some groceries is also provided upon your arrival. The master bedroom on the top floor is particularly impressive, with its 15" beamed ceiling and crystal chandeliers. All of the 4 spacious bedrooms have large built in wardrobes, and the bathrooms have villeroy & boch sanitary ware, heated towel rails and Hansgrohe power showers. The property has free wifi, sky and Apple TV and free private parking for 2-3 cars. The property has the latest gas central heating system and is of SIPS construction providing tremendous insulating properties. The Townhouse also has a fire suppression system and fire doors fitted throughout. 3 of the bedrooms can be set up as either superking size beds or 2 singles to suit the guests requirements, with the master bedroom set up with a superking bed and an additional sofa bed if required. The property is less than a 5 minute walk to the centre of town, for shopping and dining options, and 5 minutes walk from the 1st tee of the world famous old course. The house is situated opposite Kinburn park, which has tennis courts, putting, bowls and museum. It is also close to the main bus station for links to Edinburgh, the airport or Leuchars train station. The Townhouse is the perfect place to stay for a golfing trip, short break or a special occasion.

If you have eight golfers planning a trip to St. Andrew's, this is the best place to stay! It's a short walk to the Old Course and all of the charm that St. Andrews has to offer. The bedroom and bathroom situation is ideal. Highly recommend!!!!
200 yards to restaurants and shops. 400 yards to 18th green in the old course, but very quiet street. We had 4 adult couples and this house worked great for us
We had a great stay. The house is comfortable, immaculate, well equipped. Only a few minutes walk from the main shopping/eating areas. There is free parking right outside and communication was great. Thank you!

What a terrific place! I stayed here with 7 other adults for a 6-day golf outing in St. Andrew's and we couldn't have found a better place. It was incredibly clean, spacious, and in close proximity to everything in St. Andrew's. Further, Debbie was an excellent communicator throughout the entire process. I've already started recommending this to everyone I know!
Wonderful property! Our group had a fantastic stay in St Andrews. The house is rescently renovated with fantastic choices, choices that are elegant while easy to maintain and clean. The house was immaculate upon arrival and had everything we needed. Beds and bedding were superb. The location is great, easy 5 minute walk to the heart of town and the many restaurants and pubs as well as easy walk to the St Andrews links clubhouse. No need for a car if you are staying in St Andrews for your entire vacation.
I booked this house based on the excellent reviews and it did not disappoint. We were a group of 8 golfers. House was perfect in terms of location, space and quality. Communication was excellent. If you are going to St Andrews in a group of 4 or more do not hesitate to book this house. It is a fantastic rental property.
Absolutely fantastic Easter spent in St Andrews in Debbie's Townhouse. It was a very high-end place and Debbie couldn't do enough for us, before, during and after our stay ! We made good use of the games room with family tournaments and comfortable evenings in the lounge. The location of the house was fantastic and just minutes walk to pretty much everywhere. We will definitely use the house again iwhen back in St Andrews ...Highly highly recommended ! Thanks so much !
Entirely satisfactory visit. Lots of room, clean and good condition. Funky washer/dryer. Not always a lot of hot water to shower with. But overall a thumbs up.

Perfect for 8 golfers or family. Place was immaculate, tastefully decorated and newly refurbished looks like. 5 minutes to Old course and 2 minutes to Main Street.

Debbie was an outstanding host! She was always available to answer questions and make recommendations. We were on a golf vacation and the house was perfect for 4 golfers. Each had their own bedroom and bath. We had a common area on first floor with kitchen & living area. 5 minute walk to the Old Course, pubs, restaurants, etc. 45 minute drive to Carnoustie, and less to many of the other great courses in this area. Highly recommend for your foursome or anyone who wants to enjoy time in St. Andrews.
We strongly recommend Host Debbie and her 4-story Townhouse. Perfect for a buddy trip. 4 private rooms,with private bath/shower. Each room also has a portable clothes rack for hanging/drying wet clothes after a rainy round. Very well equipped kitchen. Debbie is extremely responsive to email questions and requests. It’s as if she operated an online Chat service. Finally the Cleanliness at Check-in 5 Star! If you’ve found this property, look no further…BOOK IT now!
Almost everything was super ideal about our stay. The host was easy to contact, left welcome goodies in the kitchen, as was accommodating to special requests. The house was terrific. Fully outfitted kitchen (even the knives were reasonably sharp) and family room was downstairs. One BR on the entry level along with game room, 2BR on the next level, and large BR on the upper level. With the multiple levels movement around the house was quiet which helped with those on different sleep schedules. The location was ideal too. Nice parking area in the front of the house. (We parked our large van at an angle so it wouldn't occupy any of the sidewalk.) The backyard was pleasant and an ideal place to spend warm evenings in conversation. The only recommended "fix" relates to water pressure - the shower on the upper level would slow to a dribble if there was high use on other levels at the same time. Otherwise, the water pressure was more than fine. All in all, highly recommend this house. I'll be back too!
