Great stay! Comfortable bed, spacious room with desk and couch, with lots of storage. Very clean property in a safe neighborhood. Very accessible to downtown area. This is a gem!

Great set up for travelling with friends, as each bedroom was connected to a main living space, but private entries to the sleeping areas from the halls. full kitchens, comfortable beds. Great residential type neighborhood that was still close to everything St Andrews has to offer.

It’s like a dorm room campus that we had two rooms that open up to a living room that then opens up to courtyards which was pretty neat

There is not much accommodation in St Andrews which is reasonably priced. This place was compact yet very practical with all amenities required for a comfortable stay. It is slightly further out from town but still walking distance and 24 hour reception with very helpful, friendly staff

Our stay there was fine for the price. Requested a double bed but the room had a bed that seemed to be for a single person. No elevator service. Parking was fine.

As nice as the rooms are and clean it’s basically modern student accommodation in the middle of a housing scheme far away for anything least 5 min drive away. Felt like walking onto a modern high school campus to stay the night and overlooking a building site of further accommodation. Immediately checked out and lost moneys paid.

The rooms are clean, brand new, functional and relatively very cheap. Great value. But there are stairs required, so not wheelchair or elderly friendly, and it's a 30 minute walk to the center of St. Andrews. It's definitely not downtown. Convenience store a five minute walk for food items. Front desk often not manned, but sometimes with three people, so the schedules should be better coordinated. Overall, a great deal for solo golfers or other travelers who don't want to pay 3 or 4 times as much for an accommodation downtown.

Excellent amenities as it’s a new build for student accommodation. Excellent laundry facility and helpful staff. You can hear a lot from the hallway, but there wasn’t an issue for sleeping.

Very good alternative to local hotels. Student accommodation but to hotel standard. No restaurant on site, but vending options available. 20 minute walk into town. Can’t fault it and would definitely recommend.

A very new property with new fixtures and fittings. Access to the laundry was a bonus. On the flip side bed was a king single which was a bit small for two.downtown was a bit far to walk and parking was at a premium when we were there
