The sauna says plainly on the sign nude area no clothes, some people continue to wear swimsuits making it awkward for the people obeying the rules. I complained 3 times and nothing was done about it. My wife and I will no longer stay at a Sofitel, we will try someone new."

I needed certain things and they were very kind to oblige. The room, I loved. Look forward to another stay there soon."
