"Rooms super small. Shower was a lesson in patience in trying to find a temperature not cold. Walls paper thin, got to hear details of everyone’s stay around me from birthdays to couple’s bedroom ‘activities’. Overpriced. Great location however to grab the train and walk to Aviva."

"Room was beautiful. Breakfast was amazing. Building was modern and clean. However, I asked if I could get a mini fridge put into the room. The staff said yes. The charge was €15. I was ok with that. However, the fridge was delivered to the room with a 2 pin power plug. As all hotel sockets were for 3 pin plugs, I went down to the reception and told them that the fridge could not operate without an adaptor. 2 reception staff then said, you have to pay an extra €6 for the adaptor. Personally, i think that's a bit ridiculous. Why charge visitors for the fridge that cannot be plugged in, and then follow up by charging them separately for the adaptor to make it eventually work? Apart from this odd setup, the hotel stay was great. But I still am confused with the fridge situation. If management have an answer for this, I would be very curious about their reasoning for such a policy. "

"The room was beautiful with an amazing view. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great (offering both cold and hot options). The location can’t be beat for views and scenic exploration. Plus they are pet friendly (dog and cat) which can be hard to come by."

"The staff were excellent throughout our stay and the hotel was clean, but unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing. We arrived for breakfast at around 9am, so not particularly late, but the cooked breakfast was cold and very poor. The room itself was okay, but quite dark as it overlooked an office block. The biggest issue was that the shower had no hot water, which really isn’t acceptable for a hotel stay. I mentioned the cold breakfast and the lack of hot water at checkout, but the response was just a polite “sorry about that, hopefully we do better next time.” Given the issues raised, that felt fairly dismissive. Good staff, but the basics weren’t right on this stay."

"Great location near the airport and buses run right by either into the city or to the coastal towns of malahide and portmarnock shopping centre 5 minutes away staff are very welcoming and helpful nice bar and restaurant we would stay again"
