"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Small room but didn’t feel cramped because of the high ceilings. There was some street noise since my room was facing a busy street which did not bother me at all, but may bother others. Great lobby cafe and beautiful rooftop bar. Cute neighborhood as well."

"Perfect for families. Game room with pool, table tennis, foosball, scrabble, and a few other things. Walking distance to PNC park and restaurants all over. Living quarters were so nice. Like a home away from home. We didn't drive anywhere. We walked everywhere."

"The hotel is in overall nice condition. The room appeared nice and clean, but I found holes in the sheets and both bed sheets were dirty. Guest services was kind enough to replace both of them. The hotel is not located in the area where you can walk around downtown, and there was a lot of drug activity both around and on the premises, so we did not feel safe to leave the room. There was one person high walking around our car, the parking lot and through the hotel, as the building doors were accessible (not the main entrance). The rooftop deck was being used for an event, as well as drug activity, making it unpleasant for other guests to use. Due to this we did not stay our full stay, but left after the first night, as I honestly did not feel safe to leave my personal belongings behind in the room while I was not there. The hotel will not give a refund for day unattended, which I knew that to be the risk. "

"Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Incredibly clean and quiet, and all around amazing. My only complaint is that the "bouncer" for the speakeasy was rude. He at one point told the lady next to me that we needed to "calm down" because we were laughing. It was saint Patrick's day weekend and the other guests in there were louder than we were, we just happened to be sitting near the doors. He also practically shoved me out of my seat when new customers came in and I was trying to say goodnight to a friend. "
