"Valet and check-in desk staff were awesome-super friendly. My room wasn't in the best shape- tons of scratches and knicks out of the wall and paint. Overall, it just didn't feel clean. The layout of the room was really odd too- no door on the shower, just a shower curtain. ? And you had to turn sideways to get to the head of the bed because the walls only about 12" away from the wall. The bed was comfortable, but overall lots of outside and hallway noise. "

Our room was not clean and room service from previous customers was outside of our room the entire time even though we asked that it be picked up. The AC was blowing so loud in the hall we could hear it in our room. The construction outside it loud and started at 7:30am on a Saturday. "
