"Positive: great location, Cancale was a gem and the hotel conveniently located. Unit was a good size with large grounds overlooking the bay. Quiet. Negative: mattresses were terrible - hard and big sag on both sides of the double. They charged extra for virtually everything (€5 for WiFi, no soap provided but some on sale for another 5€...). "The apartment was as stated, very clean, towels, bedding, pots, pans, plates and cutlery all provided. Reception spoke English, which was a great result as our French is very poor. Communication about the booking was very good and clear. Key collection and drop is really easy. Great location for zipping around Normandy, as easy access to the main roads."
