1880 Victorian In Heart of Downtown

Best of both worlds with upscale renovations and old St Augustine charm. This Victorian home was built in 1880 and is located within the heart of the Historic District. A few years ago, I fully renovated the private residence into 3 separate apartments, each fully contained with its own private entrance, kitchen and full bath. This newly renovated third floor apartment has 1 queen bed in a private bedroom along with a sectional couch in the living room. Bikes offer you the opportunity to leave the car parked and see the city by walking or riding. Bikes are available from a bike share rack one block away and a great alternative for transportation around the city.

Enjoy the many restaurants to choose from all within a five minute walk from your front door. Additionally, the shopping and sightseeing is just around the corner. Plan to spend the day sightseeing and walk back to unwind on the front porch with glass of wine before getting ready for the evening fun.

If you've come to enjoy St Augustine's beautiful beaches you're only a ten minute drive away. Crescent Beach lies to the south a few miles for those looking to relax on a quiet beach, or join the crowds on St. Augustine Beach with a fishing pier and many great restaurant options.

The place was perfect for my wife and I for a weekend get away! It is in the middle of everything happening downtown and is in walking distance to anything you’d want to do. I booked this for a surprise birthday gift for my wife. Even though we've lived in Florida for 6 years and visited many times before that. The first impression wasn't good -- the house could really use an exterior paint job. But inside it's immaculate. You could not ask for a better location to visit the old city. Plenty of room for two people and the small balcony was a nice extra.
