Bright ground‑floor 2‑bed/2‑bath apartment just steps from St. Augustine Beach. Comfortably sleeps four with a king bedroom and a second bedroom with two twin beds (sleeper sofa available if needed). Private fenced yard welcomes pets and is perfect for morning coffee. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living/dining area, central A/C, Wi‑Fi and TVs. Linens, towels and beach gear provided. Walk to restaurants and shops or explore historic downtown—your ideal pet‑friendly beach base.
1.Please don’t set AC lower than 70 degrees!Lower setting may cause the unit to be froze,it can take 24 hours to thaw out!2. No smoking: Please refrain from smoking or vaping inside the house. If you need to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of the cigarette butts properly. 3. No parties or events: Our space is intended for quiet enjoyment, so please respect our neighbors by avoiding loud gatherings or parties. 4.If you will arrive with pets please pay pet fee at the time of the booking.Please pick up after your pets! 5. Respect the property: Please treat our home with care and respect. Any damages or excessive mess caused during your stay will be the responsibility of the guest. 6. Keep noise levels down: Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during nighttime hours, to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone. 7.
