Enjoy the pleasures of this luxurious condo nestled directly on the ocean near the old-world charm and splendor located at the St. Augustine Ocean and Racquet Resort on beautiful Anastasia Island with miles of beaches for your enjoyment.

This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 3rd floor condo. It has a nice ocean view and is south facing. It is a walk up to the 3rd floor and there is a hot tub courtyard in the center of the building. The master bedroom has a king bed and a ceiling fan, and the guest has twin beds. There are 3 TVs in the condo and a DVD in the living room. The bedrooms are carpeted, and the living area has wood laminate flooring. There is a sleep sofa in the living room and a ceiling fan in the dining room.
