Consistently best reviewed house on Crescent Beach!
Location, location, location, says it all. You will not find another listing this PRIVATE & QUIET on this ocean beach. No condo hallways, no strangers or neighbors you can hear. This house has a private walkway to spectacular Crescent Beach. You won't even see another person -- unless you want to. Hit the beach for a swim or a walk (you can go for miles) there are restaurants and bars within walking distance, but at the house, it's you and the ocean.

One of very few privately owned houses ON Crescent Beach for rent. It is simply the best. 80% of our guests are return renters.

If you want, jump into the car and the world of zoo's, museums, architecture and history is yours. Dozens of parks and ecological destinations within miles. Rent a bike, board, horse or a kayak to see things from another angle-- but... it's not easy to leave that deck!

Relaxing!

Very close to everything you need in St. Augustine while still having privacy. Restaurants and grocery stores 5 minute drive. Home is very nice and beach is wonderful! Would stay there again.

Wonderful location

Wonderful location and loved its location - 1 minute walk down your private walk to the beach and short drive to downtown St Augustine (close but not too close). My adult kids, husband, and I LOVED the house / perfect layout. The owner is super nice, very attentive if you have questions. We’d stay there again!

My family loves this property! This was our second stay, and we intend to come back next year. The view from the deck overlooking the ocean is incredible, as is the one from the boardwalk benches near the beach. It's quiet and private, and the house is beautiful. The location is great, too!

This was our second visit in two years and we intend to return. The home is spacious, clean, comfortable, and well laid out. The location is great. The beach is not crowded and there is a lifeguard nearby. This is a perfect place for a relaxing family vacation/visit.

What an AMAZING property . We were able to come in a day early and had the best 8 days.

We will for sure rent this home again. Fishing was good on beach and we were just a few short miles from putting our kayaks in across the road for more good fishing. The house was very clean and the outside of the home was so pretty especially when pulling up to the property. I can't WAIT for next year.

This was my family's third stay in this property - we really enjoy this home and location. As expected, we continue to love and appreciate the house, the location, and the service (accuracy of description, cleanliness, communication, etc.). It's close enough to St Augustine to conveniently visit the tourist attractions, and far enough away for privacy and relaxation. This is truly a home where a family can unwind and enjoy the beach.

Amazing Beach House

We were fortunate this year to stay two weeks! The house is perfect. The location is perfect. We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary with our boys and their significant others. My husband helped out the volunteers on turtle beach patrol this year and loved every minute! We enjoyed seeing a large box turtle up by the deck. We even saw a small stingray swim along the shore . Ann is such a great host and easy to contact when needed. Until next time!!

Oceanfront Splendor

This oceanfront home is wonderful. It is located just South of St Augustine Florida and is close enough to enjoy the shopping, dining, and nightlife there, but far enough to be a private sanctuary from which to enjoy the beach. Oceanfront stays are worth the extra money, walking directly out to “your” beach is a privilege!!! The sunrises were spectacular. The home is large and comfortable. We will be back!

Breathtaking!

This is not just a rental property. This is a home. It has breathtaking views of the beach from the house. However, it’s so private you don’t know anyone else is on the beach until you go down to the beach! We had an amazing time and the beach was beautiful. I have not been to the Atlantic side before this trip. We will definitely come back and stay again. It’s very hard to leave this place. This home is beautiful and very well stocked, and we will definitely come back.

Beach Haven

We loved our stay July 8-13, 2017! This is a clean and extremely comfortable home to relax in with a flat and pristine beach. The ocean here has a long stretch of shallows great for children to play without getting too deep too quickly. I had not been to St Augustine in many years and this was a treat to be so close to so many things to do and great food but be hidden in a private home. The owner and manager are extremely friendly and professional. And... I loved all the books throughout the home! Hope to come back someday!
