Our room was just charming and the four-poster bed was comfortable for us. We didn’t get a chance to enjoy the Jacuzzi tub or gas fireplace, however they looked well maintained. In general the room was very clean, without any musty smell that you typically find in many waterside inns, and was well-appointed. Our room came with a private balcony as well as a bistro table and chairs just outside our door. The view of the bay harbor was spectacular from the 2nd floor, especially for sunrise. There is a gazebo and several tables in the common area to sit and enjoy your breakfast and happy hour appetizers, which were delicious. The office staff and servers were very kind and helpful with easy text availability. With only a short walk to the square and St. George Street, the location couldn’t have been more perfect — and we would definitely stay at this property again in the future!

The Sandpiper room was great. The view and beach access are amazing. However, If you are a light sleeper, pick a room on one of the higher levels as there are residents above you.

Possibly the freshest-smelling, comfiest bed I've slept in. We enjoyed three nights here on spring break. The breakfast & happy hour deliveries were the cherry on top! So nice to return to after exploring the city or the beach (5-10 min away). The staff were so accommodating to us. Our trip coincided with a cold snap — so the comfy couches & lounge areas upstairs on the deck were just the place. Hope to return!

The staff was very welcoming and the delivered breakfast everyday was both tasty and delightful. The dune cottage had everything we needed and a great view. My only suggestion would be if it slept 3 people then provide 3 chairs not just the 2 you provided,
