Starter Supplies: To help you settle in, we provide fresh bed linens, bath towels, and a complimentary starter kit with essential items such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and basic soaps. These supplies are intended to get you started and are not replenished during your stay, so please plan accordingly.

Resort Policies:

The primary renter must be at least 23 years of age.

No pets permitted. Resort regulations allow pets for property owners only, not rental guests.

No smoking inside the condo or on the patio.

Maximum occupancy is 6 guests, including children and infants.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM; check-out is by 10:00 AM.

One vehicle access pass is included with your reservation. Additional passes are $25 each, with a maximum of two vehicles per reservation.
