Relax in this cozy and comfortable upstairs apartment with balcony in the middle of Historic Saint Augustine, just 10 minutes' walk from St. George walking street, in the very heart of Saint Augustine.

Don't worry about the struggle of downtown parking, PARKING IS FREE on site (2 designated spots for your apartment).

The unit is equipped with a full bath.

The amenities don't stop there! We have a fully equipped kitchen complete with pots, pans, utensils and a drip coffee maker with coffee, decaf, creamers, and sugar. We also have a washer and dryer on site, and we provide the soap for your convenience.

So many nearby attractions just steps (or a trolley ride) from the door including shopping on St. George St, restaurants and sandy beaches where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, small sailboats and more.

Host is very responsive. The cottage is on the second floor, so if, like me, you overpack, be aware :) The kitchen was stocked with basics, and there are laundry facilities under the stairs. The laundry was a blessing to us. The best part about the cottage is the location. We were able to walk to shops, restaurants and coffee, and even the tours we took. It was ideal.

This house is a dream, and so are the owners. The communication was top notch. Kristen was very responsive and gave very clear instructions with check in and check out. It is walking distance to everything and just a short 10 minute drive to the beach. Our plan is to be back in the future and stay at this property.

Great property. I did not realize that it was an upstairs apartment—must have missed it in the description. So be aware of this if stairs are a challenge for you. It was very clean and well stocked. The neighborhood was very quiet and close to everything we needed.

Adorable and Location

This little condo just oozed mid century charm (but beautifully updated). Very comfortable quarters, TWO parking spots included, walking distance to the fort and old town. Slept four, but since it was just the two of us, the second bedroom with two twin beds was perfect for our luggage. Highly recommend!

St Augustine short getaway

This property was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see or do during our stay. Very clean and the host was very accommodating. We arrived from NC a little earlier than expected.
