Walk right out your door directly to the beach walkway, and just steps away from the oceanfront pool and children's playground from this recently renovated oceanfront condo. This condo is perfect for those looking for a more quiet vacation as this corner condo does not overlook the courtyard. Enjoy the ocean breezes from the large patio while you enjoy your morning coffee or grill out for dinner on the condos personal electric grill. The kitchen has granite counter tops, ample cabinet space and fully equipped to host a family for the beachfront vacation of their dreams. It is fully equipped and includes a drip coffee pot and full sized washer and dryer. There is a king bed in the primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a queen and a twin bed in the guest bedroom and one set of twin bunk beds in the smaller third bedroom known as the "Crow's Nest". This condo does not have a larger, outdoor grill. They have a smaller indoor grill for the countertop.

All of the condos are equipped with private Wi-Fi and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher pods. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed.

Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquetball court, and fitness center.

The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access.

Nestled on the sun kissed Atlantic Coast and within the vicinity of the historic St. Augustine, the nation’s oldest city, the condo provides ample opportunity for entertainment and relaxation. Nearby attractions include but are not limited too; Anastasia State Park, the Alligator Farm and Flagler College.

Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the town's many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley to see it all on the go! You can purchase DISCOUNTED tickets to the Old Town Trolley and many of Saint Augustine’s attractions right in the main office at the property!

Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!
