"Solo tengo una preocupación que no debió suceder , yo había pagado en línea con hotel.com 102 dólares , en la recepción a pesar de estar efectiva mi reserva tuve que volver a pagar la habitación , lo que me ha traído a tener desajustes financieros al día de hoy , según me responden del hotel en 5 días será que tal vez logre tener mi dinero de vuelta , quien es el responsable de esto ? Me siento muy defraudado , la economía familiar debía ser más respetada , si yo llego a un hotel y ya realicé mi reserva y pagué , como me van a cobrar la habitación una vez que llegue , no tenía otra opción que aceptar para dormir allí esa noche , ahora son las consecuencias , no cobro hasta el viernes , quien responde a esto que para mí es algo muy decepcionante"

"This hotel is older but has been updated. The lobby was very pretty. Our room was very large and smelled good. The air-conditioner was probably the best we've ever had in a hotel room! Breakfast was basic - nothing special. The staff was super friendly and helpful. And, the Old Town Tour Trolley sent their shuttle bus to pick us up and then took us back. We ordered dinner from Carrabba's - delivered by DoorDash - and it was awesome!"

"I was skeptical at first after reading other reviews but ultimately satisfied with my stay. The property could use some fresh paint and maybe some new landscaping, but those things don’t matter to me. The room was clean, sheets were stark white, bed was comfortable, and the room was great size. The floors looked to be new porcelain tile in wood grain which is great because I hate carpet in a motel. The hot breakfast was good with plenty of room for seating. It’s situated right in the middle of many attractions with a trolly stop right outside your door! The only thing I didn’t like was that the shower pressure was pretty high but I guess that is better than too low."
