The entire lower level of this home is a gem and located within walking distance from two beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, and popular local attractions! This home boasts a great enclosed backyard with a shared heated outdoor pool, beach loungers, a comfortable seating area by the pool, a firepit with four chairs, a gas grill, an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand or chlorine, and even a hammock! Inside this air-conditioned home, you will find an inviting living room with a Smart TV with streaming services available, a cozy four-person dining table, a small kitchenette with a full-size fridge to store all of your goodies, a microwave, and a Keurig coffee maker for coffee enthusiasts. Planning on working from home during your stay? We have free high-speed WiFi and Internet available, plus a comfortable desk!
