  • This property is located on the edge of the San Sebastian inlet in the city of Saint Augustine. This is a 2 story house with the apartment located on the second floor of the home. This apartment is a complete unit separate from the downstairs. The apartment is entered from the ground floor with an inside staircase that leads to the second floor. It is a beautiful apartment with a fabulous sunset marsh view. From the space on the second floor you can enjoy the panoramic view and the many marinas through the oversize windows and front porch. Sailboats, Shrimp boats and other water vessels provide a rich visual feast. The scene is always changing. The apartment has central heat and air, a fully stocked kitchen, washer dryer, king size bed, queen sofa bed, picnic area with gas BBQ grill, easy walk to town center and a short drive to beach.

Beautiful views, great location, comfortable bed. Would definitely stay again. Stayed over New Years and could see fire works from around town over the marsh land. Short walk to one of the old town trolley stops. From there we were able to see all of the historic town without worrying about parking.

MARINA SUNSETS is the perfect place to stay when enjoying St. Augustine. It is in a lovely residential area and only 10 minutes walk from the town. We would highly recommend this accommodation.

A good-sized apartment in a quiet setting, yet close to historic town. It was peaceful overlooking the marsh to the west and also watching the sunset. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of storage to unpack clothes. The kitchen was well supplied. Thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay.

The rental was as described. It was clean and very accommodating. The location is one of the best features. Nice sunsets, and within walking distance to pretty much everything we wanted to see. I will recommend this property to others. Check in was a breeze, easy to find, communication was excellent. And my wife and I both are grateful for the amenities present upon our arrival and attention during our stay..

Charming House

This house was so charming! It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Perfect location within walking distance to many restaurants and the historic downtown area. The view and the garden area were gorgeous. I would definitely stay here again!

Peaceful stay

Marina Sunset is the perfect escape for a couple... Quiet, relaxing and beautiful balcony views of the marshland and marina. We enjoyed the local restaurants, Mantanza inlet beach, sunset boat cruise and the historic appeal of St. Augustine.
