The property is as described! The location in the Historic Lincolnville area is quiet and great for bicycling or walking. Yet walking distance to good restaurants and the historic downtown with cute shops & restaurants. It's a short walk to the Fish Shack restaurant which was Wonderful. Great location, nice setup. Really enjoyed the back porch and balcony from the master bedroom. Within walking distance to a trolley stop, close to the Distillery and winery.

We stayed as three adults in the house and it worked great. We walked just about everywhere throughout our week in St. Aug for Christmas. The interaction with the LUX team was spot on. We had a seamless adventure!

Area was good, parking is tight!! House was clean, and has linens. The front door opened to the stairs. Small restroom areas, ONE shower. The master bedroom and the couch pull out need new mattresses…..especially the pull out!!
