Great spot a little south of St Augustine "proper".Quiet at night and an easy walk to public access for Crescent Beach. Great view out the back slider!We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location in Crescent Beach

The condo is very modern and clean. If you love waking up to the Mantazas River every morning you will love seeing the dolphins and boats going by! You can fish right off the dock in front of the pool.Three suggestions: The bedrooms need dressers for people who have and extended stay so you don't have to live out of your suit case.The pots and pans are not great...we bought a pan at Walmart so our eggs did not stick.Fix the screen on the first floor so it doesn't fall off.This location and everything else was great!

It was quiet and beautiful.

What I enjoyed the most about the stay, is the bed was super comfortable and the beautiful view of the bay. I LOVED sitting on the dock and seeing several dolphins swim by. Lovely stay and thank you.

An exceptional stay

A wonderful week of sun and relaxation. The unit was beautiful, super clean, and comfortable. The views of the river with the amazing sunsets and frequent dolphin sightings made every day even better. The unit was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay (sheets, towels, etc) and having the beach chairs and beach towels for our use was an added bonus. The beds and living room area were so comfy and made the place feel like a home away from home. The pool was clean, the whole property well maintained and the location was amazing. We had an excellent stay and would not hesitate to stay at this fantastic property again. Hoping to come back and sneak in a long weekend in November!

Breathtaking view of the inlet from the balcony!

It was so clean and comfortable! The views from the balcony were amazing! Watched the boats go out for the day, watched the tide go out and come in. Even saw a Momma dolphin playing with her baby.

This was a very clean and well appointed rental with stunning views of the intercoastal waterway. The pool was immediately out our back door. The walk to the beach was splendid. We will stay here again very soon.
