"The room was fine (not in main pub building but in separate one) but the shower room was a bit cramped. Noise from the floor above was a problem from about 5.45 am. Early risers who walked about a lot!! Restaurant was very good with good service and good food. The breakfast was excellent. Excellent location above the historic Charlestown harbour. Overall, we greatly enjoyed our stay."

"What can I say we’ve been coming to Cornwall for about 10 yrs and I’ve got to say Tasmins place is the best we’ve ever stayed in, it was comfortable and it had everything we needed, lovely sunroom and spectacular views from every window which were mesmerising from morning with the sunrise to the evening with glow of all the lights from the houses, it was a 5 min walk to the town and harbour with plenty of places to eat and drink, overall it was perfect"

"Immaculately clean hotel from the main reception and eating area to our family room and including lift and stairwells! We honestly thought it had only been open for 6 months not 6 years!! Fantastic and friendly staff. Breakfast was of a great quality. This was an excellent overnight stay - thank you to Kerry and the rest of the team who helped us during our stay."

"Ground floor flat was well set out, clean, comfy beds with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. We could see the sea in the distance over the bushes. The room photographed on the website is not the one we stayed in as no balcony or great sea view. But maybe they have several properties in the complex? Free car parking spot was appreciated"

"You can't get more practical of a stay location: I was here for 2 nights to visit the Lost Gardens of Heligan and the Eden Project. I managed to quickly drop off my luggage before check in (it's only a few mins walk from the train/bus station) and turn right around in time to catch the bus to the Gardens. Breakfast was great both times and highly appreciated. My room was super big and my bed was really comfy."

"Ancient history, located in the middle of an old fishing village. The staff helpful and friendly. The area in the bar/restaurant was quite dark. The key hole to the room was too near the door frame, making it difficult to use."
