Had to wait for the desk person to finish her personal call to check in. No apologies just I need a card for your essentials. When stated they have on on file….no we don’t was stated back to me. 2. Door would not unlock….was told the battery has died and they would have to o-en it each time we went in and out by using a handheld device for the front desk. They said they had to wait till maintaince came to work. 3. Carpet wet infront of the bathroom with a damp and wet floor in the room. Stated it was the humidity. 4. Second desk person had an attitude when asked to open our door after dinner. 5. Bathroom door would not close but door was warped out of straightness. 6. Got up to what I thought was going to be breakfast but they only had cold cereal…no milk..waffles … no syrup…juice that was hot…no ice."

"In general, I liked the hotel and the rooms were very clean. I had booked the hotel because it had a hot tub, but unfortunately it wasn't working when we got there. We notified the staff (who apparently didn't know how a hot tub worked) It still wasn't working when we left, 6 days later. Had a coffee maker in the room, but had to request regular coffee, and front desk didn't seem to want to make any effort in finding any."
