"Overall, was good!"

"Have stayed at this location before but it has taken a turn for the worse since last stay. Will never come back to this location. Q. Had to wait for the desk person to finish her personal call to check in. No apologies just I need a card for your essentials. When stated they have on on file….no we don’t was stated back to me. 2. Door would not unlock….was told the battery has died and they would have to o-en it each time we went in and out by using a handheld device for the front desk. They said they had to wait till maintaince came to work. 3. Carpet wet infront of the bathroom with a damp and wet floor in the room. Stated it was the humidity. 4. Second desk person had an attitude when asked to open our door after dinner. 5. Bathroom door would not close but door was warped out of straightness. 6. Got up to what I thought was going to be breakfast but they only had cold cereal…no milk..waffles … no syrup…juice that was hot…no ice."

"If I could give it zero stars I would. I booked a king room, but when i got there i was informed there was only one double bed room left, ok i took it. The front desk worker was nice and check in was easy. I pulled around back to the room, opened the door and the smell that greeted me was definitely an indication of what was to come when I turned on the light. The curtain had what appeared to be blood and mold on it. The ceiling had black spots on it, which looked to be mold. The tub looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Needless to say, I didnt stay, I immediately went back to the front desk for a refund in which the lady didnt exchange words with me about it. I would definitely not recommend this hotel, not even for a pet."

"We really enjoyed the pool area and the plenty of space to spread out! it is a little outside of town but a quick trip in an Uber to most places."

"Friendly greetings from staff, breakfast was 10/10 hands down, clean room, nice location to downtown, New orleans, beautiful light up view of the bridge."

"In general, I liked the hotel and the rooms were very clean. I had booked the hotel because it had a hot tub, but unfortunately it wasn't working when we got there. We notified the staff (who apparently didn't know how a hot tub worked) It still wasn't working when we left, 6 days later. Had a coffee maker in the room, but had to request regular coffee, and front desk didn't seem to want to make any effort in finding any."
