Friendly staff, concierge was great! He recommended restaurants and arranged taxi service for us. Air conditioning worked great, that we even felt too cold. We had a junior suite and really liked the space. The property was clean and a very nice set up. Very secure hotel. Great location to restaurants and shopping.

We booked the windowless room. It was so quiet for being in the French Quarter. The pool was a little cold but a welcomed change from the weather! Room was small but functional, clean and the bed was comfy. Staff was great and very helpful. Highly recommend!

The hotel is beautiful, not a chain hotel. It has charm and it's in a historic building. The location is good right in the heart of the French Quarter. The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly.

The property is a bit dated but functional. Daily coffee bar is a bonus although depleted if you want anything past 12 pm. The courtyard is a great quiet area to get away from the hustle of the city. Rody was fantastic! Helpful with food suggestions and local restaurants. Always a good conversation and pleasant greetings. All of the staff were helpful and kind. The hotel is centrally located and walkable throughout the Quarter. Away from the noise of Bourbon but close enough to get to if needed. Would definitely recommend a stay here for a nice long weekend

We stayed for our anniversary and had a great time. Centrally located so we walked pretty much everywhere and the staff was so sweet and nice. Only complaint was that I could hear every door on our floor if people let them slam. Otherwise, highly recommend. And room 203, definitely haunted but the ghost was chill. Would definitely stay again

A step back in time with this property!The timeless, yet vintage feel the hotel has is priceless. The hotel is gorgeous and clean. The pool and the courtyard are such an amazing amenity. The closeness to the French Quarter and all the sites is incredible. The staff are friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. We felt welcome, safe, and had an amazing time here.
