"for the amount of money that we paid the hotel needs a little more tlc our towels was dirty and the room wasn't clean to the professional way. I work for a hotel for more than 28 years so i know how things should be. And the room that i was theres a crack in the window on the left side. The tub of the bathroom was dirty as well. I hope that when i go back things have changed is a shame beacuse is great location and everything is near by."

"The room was clean but didn’t have a mini fridge or a microwave. We were mislead by the Concierge to sign up for excursions and still had to pay at every attraction we went to. The property is old and could use an update. The $50.00 parking fee is crazy. There is parking many places for $20.00 but you can park down by the cruise ship for $15,00 a day and just take an uber when you need your car. Driving your own vehicle is hard because of traffic. Other than that it was great. Everything was clean. And it was close to everything so we could mostly walk. "

"We have stayed here before and love this hotel. It's pure New Orleans, including awesome staff. We accidentally booked a windowless room this time and the staff got us upgraded quickly, and then found all the things we left in the old room. Staff makes the place! "

"If you are military and needing to go to the base, you think this would be the obvious place to stay. It is not. Dont let the name fool you. It is in top 3 worst places I've stayed in my 25 years of service. "

"The stay was very relaxing. The hotel was clean and beautiful, the staff very helpfull. We were right at Bourbon St, making everything in the French Quarter easy walking access. The pool area was quite amd clean, with comfortable seating. The one issue we did have. Anyone we had talked to onnthe 6th floor, the shower would take anywhere from 5 minutes to 20 minutes to warmup. The water pressure was very weak and at times only came out as a drizzle. Otherwise the rooms were very comfortable."

"The room was under some sort of construction. There was a light fixture randomly laying in the only chair, and more hanging from the walls in the bathroom all over the sink. No electricity in the bathroom at all. Television didn’t work and the smoke detector had been removed. When we asked the front desk for a different room we were told the hotel had no empty room yet we saw several that looked unoccupied hours later when we returned from dinner. We had driven seven hours so had no real other options for the night so we had to use the restroom with no lights and shower in the dark. Very disappointed with this stay. Had booked here before a couple years ago and it was wonderful. Will never book it again."

"Not third party friendly the staff was not equipped to handle any guest reservation or to understand the needs and accommodations for handling guest stay it’s recommended to stay one night to get the experience to see what’s at hands and leave certains items in the room was not functioning was very difficult to get help to fix the issue "

"The clerk at first stated that they did not have my reservation, which I had paid in full before my stay, but then was able to confirm after a bit more digging. The room was relatively clean, but the tub faucet in the bathroom dripped constantly and the bathroom door would not fully close. Other than that, it was a decent stay if you're in town for a couple of days and just need a place to lay your head and keep your things. It did have a pretty new view of the marina, but other than boats and some water, it's not much to see. "
