"We arrived early with my son and girlfriend, their room was ready, but ours wasn’t and by the time our room was ready the hotel put us in a handicap room on the 14th floor on the older side of the hotel that was outdated! My sons room on the 5th floor was a beautiful modern room When we complained about it to the front desk, we were told that we were put in that room because we booked with a third party (Expedia) we were so offended, we had to argue with the manager, and had to stay in the outdated room with a tub with a plastic shower curtain, outdated tv for our first night, we were finally moved to the 7th floor and a modern room, but the damage was done! We will never stay in that hotel again! And will think twice about booking through Expedia if this is how we will be treated!"

"I stayed here for one night before a cruise and had a great stay. The hotel is really nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The only thing that bothered us was a baby crying all morning in the room next door. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to easily walk to the cruise port and a short distance to the French Quarter. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"Authentic New Orleans feel all around inside and out. Very quiet neighborhood for early mornings and evenings sitting on the porch. Great coffee and kitchen had everything I needed. Great shower with plenty of hot water and I found the bed to be quite comfortable. Will definitely stay again if and when I return to New Orleans!"

"Kitchen was not fully equipped. I didn't drive so I don't know about the parking. It looked okay. Staff was very helpful and friendly room was clean but very outdated."

"We were in town for a convention, so we were out more and in just to rest. We slept so well. The place was very clean and quiet. We had all that we needed. The host was readily available, while we truly appreciated. Now, the condo appears to have had renovation, where they were needed and still has work to be done, but the description of charming is spot on. Good times."
