We had a lovely time at this sweet house on the river while in town for a wedding. Very peaceful neighborhood and comfortable accommodations. Would stay here again if we are ever in the area in the future.

We stayed at the property while attending a horse show at Lamplight Equestrian Center. The location was perfect, very close and convenient. The hosts were wonderful and helpful during our stay. Highly recommend this property if you are searching for a stay near the St. Charles area.

Chris and Jay’s place is a quaint house on the Fox River. Great location to St Charles and Geneva. The house was super clean and amenities were great. Communication with the hosts was top notch and quick. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed for two weeks over the holidays visiting family nearby. Home was great. Very clean and owners were very responsive to any questions we had. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was large and clean. We could occasionally hear people in the unit below at night, but not enough to keep us awake. Overall, the place was great and I'd rent it again.

The house was wonderful! We were in town for a school conference I had to attend. It was close to the location I had to be at while also offering privacy. Had an issue with the door that was fixed immediately and was kept in touch with about anything we may need. Great experience!

This property is convenient to Geneva where we spent most of our time. It’s almost impossible to find a one story property with 2 full bathrooms plus a washer/dryer. The owners were responsive to our questions and concerns plus the family is on property. We will definitely stay again when we return to the area! Even the car rental location was only 10 minutes away…..
