"Clean rooms, very nice staff"

"In comparison of previous Embassy hotels I stayed at, this one is not up to standards of the previous ones visited. The bathroom tile needed more up keep in the shower tile. The breakfast omelets were rushed and watery. "

"It worked for a 1 night stay. A/c never got really cold and commode was stopped up when we got there and took an hour and 2 phone calls to get a plunger to fix it myself. Room was fine but nothing special. Bed was comfortable though."

"We arrived at the Hotel at around 3:50 waited in line to check in ,twenty minutes there was only one attendant, I was told my room wasn’t ready and I would need to wait 15 minutes and also that parking was unavailable! after waiting another 45 minutes I was told my room still wasn’t ready as I began to walk away I summoned back to the desk and told my room was ready it’s 4:45 ish now. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable."

"I don't know where to start with this. It was so many things wrong with this property with the amount of money spent. I think my my biggest complaint is the young lady at the front desk and I didn't have any wash cloths or towels in my room. "
