"Overall we enjoyed our stay. The lady that does the breakfast was fantastic, she was so friendly, hardworking, and helpful. Only complaint the swimming pool was pretty disgusting, the pool area needs to be addressed. I’m not sure it ever gets cleaned, other than that great breakfast, rooms, and friendly staff."

"I truly wish that I could give this property 5 stars because the staff was so kind and helpful, the lobby was welcoming, and breakfast was extensive compared to many similar properties. Unfortunately, they have a mildew problem, and if you are sensitive to that, I would not recommend staying here. It appears that the hallways as well as the elevator shafts are not air conditioned, so the mixture of warm air in the halls/ elevator shafts and the chilly air in the guest rooms and lobbies causes a LOT of condensation. There was a line of water dripping from the vent above the elevators that was dropping so much water on the floors that there were towels laying in front of each elevator door. My husband is sensitive to mildew and during 2 nights sleeping in the hotel, he could barely breathe. Again, the staff gets 5 stars for friendliness and helpfulness, but the owners need to get the mildew problem under control."

"The rooms were refurbished and clean with no carpet. The AC worked great and beds and pillows very comfortable. My main concern was that they gave us the key to an already occupied room. One of us opened the door and someone was sound asleep in bed. We used the chain lock to make sure that didn't happen to us. Also the bathroom fan was loud and our coffee pot was missing. We didn't wake in time for breakfast. Overall it was good. A great night's sleep and affordable! We booked through Expedia and got a better price."

"The room was clean. The staff was pleasant. Parking was good. They just need some help with the breakfast. Both mornings the attendant had to be asked to empty the bins for the grounds. Sunday morning I don't think the pancake station was working."

"We came in late and left at 10 am totally missed breakfast 😢 but as for the room it was spot on! Spectacular! The beds were so comfortable and not to mention the pillows to choose from! Refrigerator and microwave right there and the TV already has all the streaming apps downloaded all you do is sign in and upon departure they automatically sign you out! How cool is that! I'll definitely be looking for Hamptons by Hilton EVERYWHERE I go!!! I highly recommend this location!!"
