"Water and condensation under mini fridge, water stains on shelving, condensation and hard water stains on the only window in room that blocked view, gap under door which made me feel unsafe, loud room next door, weird layout of hall with had hallways off to 2 rooms with doors right next to each other, reminded me of an old apartment building, front desk staff was friendly, other staff were not welcoming, luggage cart was too small and oddly shaped, everything was artsy artisan which was a cool theme and vibe, jetted tub was clean and not residue when I cleaned it with a cleaning tab, shower drain was slow"

"No good shops nearby. Nemos across the street had 4 menu items. Not a very good neighborhood. Very clean, nice hotel though. "

"The staff was exceptional however the pictures posted on the website are very deceiving. The hotel lobby is very small and the rooms are big with a washer and dryer. The bed linen and towels and washcloths were all STAINED. They moved to another room on the 10th fl and still the same concern, the linen- filthy and the door did not have a lock. We had to use the flap the secure the door. The location is prime with the less expensive with a parking fee. When offering coffee, decaf should be avaliable along with coffee creamer. "

"It was perfect so was the host!! Legit one of the best trips to Detroit we have ever had. Close to little Caesar arena which is where we were going for a comedy show. The apt is gorgeous. The art work and the decorations are A-1. Make sure and check the artwork out in the hallways too. We would love to stay again!! "
