Private 3BR w/ Fire Pit & Rooftop Patio Near Pool

Red Rock Oasis is a 3-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom, 1,932 sq ft luxury villa furnished with all the upgrades you could ask for, including flat-screen HDTV's, granite countertops, as well as stainless steel appliances. The floor plan is spacious with bedrooms that are quiet and private. Whether you're looking to relax or spend your day enjoying the surrounding landscapes, you can rest comfortably in the contemporary-style bedrooms, partially covered outdoor patio, or spend time with family and friends in our large family room.

The Ledges of St. George is the perfect area to visit for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. Minutes away, you'll find a conglomerate of hiking, biking, and ATV trails, world-famous rock climbing and rappelling, and views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains surrounding The Ledges.

Super nice place!

The house is beautiful and had everything we needed.We would have liked to be a little closer to a hot tub. It's a little walk over to the pool area. We also would have liked to use the patio furniture and fire but it wasn't set up. The weather was a little cool but we enjoyed St. George!

It was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. The air conditioner could have been cooler but we were there on a really hot stretch. Pool was great.

Excellent in every way!

From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The place was clean, and the rooms were beautiful! Loved having all the bathrooms too. Townhomes are close to each other so you can see neighbors when on the balcony patio area and you can hear conversations too. Location was great! Pool was packed so we didn’t use those.

50th Birthday

Love the property and location! Close to Pickleball, hiking and biking!!! Well appointed kitchen (loved the 2 coffee pots). We cooked all meals and it pretty much had everything we needed. Only negative was not being able to turn down the air conditioning at night. Too hot upstairs made it hard to sleep. Otherwise, the place was terrific!

Great weekend getaway

We loved our experience at this property. It was clean and comfortable. There were enough dishes and seating for more than 20 people. It sleeps 11 comfortably. We would definitely stay here again!

Love, Love Love!!!

This property is wonderful. It has everything you need as a home away from home. Beautifully decorated and is spacious enough for a large group to have their own space. The location is nice as it is close to Snow Canyon Park and great bike riding. It is a short ride to town but in a quiet location with fabulous views. Can't wait to stay here again.

Needs deep clean

Nice condo, well stocked. Could use a detailed cleaning. Also of concern, we came home one night to find a cockroach scurrying for cover. Ugh! Didn’t love that after paying for a pricey Ledges condo. Easy check in & check out.

Fabulous Experience

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Ledges and highly recommend the unit. The location gave us access to pools, and also Snow Canyon State Park as well as Zion. Wonderful vacation!

Even better than the pictures

Even better than the pictures! This property was absolutely stunning! We did not want to leave. Everything was super clean and well appointed! We wanted for nothing. The pickle ball court and pool are wonderful! The rooftop patio was our absolute favorite part. I sat in the egg chair every morning and drink my coffee and then in the evening we would sit by the fire pit and enjoy the sunset over the mountains. The view.... unbelievable. You MUST rent E Bikes and ride through the canyon, try the Ledges Golf Course, and definitely eat at Hash House a Go Go! We highly recommend this property!

Amazing stay at Ledges

We spent 5 days in St George, and the condo was just perfect. Very clean, comfortable and with plenty of indoor and outdoor space to entertain. Kimber was fantastic and super quick in communicating and was very helpful on a number of occasions. Highly recommended!

Lovely unit. Clean and comfortable; exactly as advertised

We enjoyed the pool, pickleball courts, fantastic mountain biking at Zen, Barrell Roll, Secret Sauce, Bearclaw Poppy and exploring Snow Canyon. The condo was very comfortable and clean; nice towels and mattresses; well stocked kitchenware; beautiful views from the second floor deck and nice ground level patio

Such an enjoyable stay

This property is well maintained, cozy and clean. We really enjoyed our time here. You should be aware, the family room with the 3 bunk beds does not allow for separation to the other rooms upstairs.(Definetly not an issue, you should just be aware.) We originally booked this place because of the # of beds and the outside seating, unfortunately it was too cold to enjoy the outdoor space - maybe next time! You won't regret booking here!
