Looking for a charming and cozy escape with good beach access? Then A Place In The Sun is for you! This spacious condo sits just across the street from the beach and offers nice Gulf views. Open living/dining/kitchen area has tile floors. Take a break from the beach and lounge by the shared pool, or enjoy a picnic on the semi-private sundeck. Multiple TVs/DVDs. Shared. laundry facilities. Just a short walk to the beach. Any reservations over 7 nights will have an additional maid fee for an additional cleaning service during the duration of your stay. Great communication! Perfect location! Although it was a community pool, we never saw anyone else in it. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a low key/quiet vacation!

This was the perfect place for a quick family trip to our favorite beach. This upstairs unit is a quick walk to the beach, and having the pool as an option with some friendly neighbors was awesome. The beds are SOOOO comfy, as are the chairs and couches in the living room. Thank you, Suzanne and Brian, for a wonderful stay!

The hosts were very helpful throughout our trip. They were responsive to requests before the trip and questions while we were in the unit. The property had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend and the beach was easily accessible.

The perfect honeymoon getaway

My husband and I came to SGI for our honeymoon and this was the perfect spot! It was very clean and steps away from the beach. We hope to come back for many anniversaries to come!

Excellent vacation place

We were very happy with our stay here! Everything about the condo met our needs. I found it because I was looking for a pet friendly place so we could bring our dog. It was also in a very good location.

We stayed a week in this wonderful condo. Condo was very clean and a perfect location!!! Just a very short walk to the beach, and short drive to all the restaurants and shops. We are booking the same condo for next year!!

Location is great - easy walk to the beach! Near restaurants, the cutest donut shop, and the ice cream shop! Accommodations are perfect for a small family. Of note, washer / dryer are not on the unit.

Perfection!

Our stay was absolutely perfect for our family of 4- from the space and decor of the condo to the location and having the beach right across the street with pool for after beach days/evening swims. Our family made so many wonderful memories in two days with amazing weather. We love the slow days SGI provides- Lynn’s is a must stop for fresh seafood, steamed shrimp, fish dip, and gumbo- We load up so we have snacks and dinners for laid back living on the island. The unit provides everything needed for eating in, was super clean, and had comfortable beds! Thank you for sharing your little slice of SGI!

Great Rental

The space is cozy and clean. Plenty of room for our family. You can’t beat the view and the proximity of the rental to the beach. Communication was always great with owners. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Everything about this place was perfect. Great view of the ocean right across the street. Well stocked kitchen tools, cookware, & fridge w ice maker. Comfy bed and pet friendly. Super nice owners as well. We can’t wait to come back.
