Guests can enjoy two large community swimming pools with sun decks, lounge chairs, and umbrellas. Multiple boardwalks provide easy access to the beach. St. George Island Lighthouse is just five-and-a-half miles away.

The exterior of this home offers under-house concrete covered parking, an outdoor shower, and a community grill, and is close to the community pool. The tiled main level features an open living/dining/kitchen area, a private deck with views, and a laundry closet that houses the stacked washer/dryer. The comfortable seating includes a love seat and a full-size sofa that opens into a queen sleeper sofa. Several full-length windows and sliding glass doors let in the light and the views. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
