Featuring a heated saltwater pool, fully fenced mini dog park, four bedrooms and four full bathrooms, this home will accommodate family and friends comfortably! This coastal, chic, yet comfortable d cor will keep everyone happy with over 1700 square feet!
The layout is ideal! An open concept kitchen, dining table and breakfast bar make dining together easy! The living space opens to a huge deck for friends and family to gather. The four bedrooms and bathrooms are nestled in each corner of the house giving everyone a bedroom retreat of their own! The master suite has a king bed and door leading to the expansive deck! It boasts the most luxurious master bathroom with custom, tile in the walk-in shower and soaker tub! As well as a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom also has a king bed and private access to the large, covered deck, as well as an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom three has two twin beds and an en-suite. Bedroom four has a queen bed with the bathroom just outside the room. Every room has a smart TV.

-This property is dog friendly. A non-refundable pet fee of $180 will be charged. Please note that additional fees may apply if we find any damage, excessive pet hair, stains, or waste (inside or outside) upon checkout.
- 3-day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of $60 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact us after booking to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.
- AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check-in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation.
-No Smoking/Vaping Allowed. To ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all surrounding areas, including balconies and patios. If any evidence of smoking is found, a $500 fee will be assessed to cover the necessary cleaning and deodorization costs.
- To get you started, we provide an initial supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags) to get you through your first 24 hours. - We recommend you bring your own spices, condiments, sunscreen, coffee pods/ground coffee, coffee filters, bug spray etc. or make your trip to the store after checking in to get anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.
